| Booking and Fees | ||||
| Fees All fees are negotiable. Multiple bookings, location and types of service can have a bearing on our fee structure. Listed below is a typical outline of fees for a formal recital. Concert Fees Formal evening concert (approx. 1 hr. 45 min.) for an ensemble of 13 brass players, 2 percussionists and a conductor. $7,000.00 + Transportation These costs are calculated based on location. Venues in the Chicago area do not typically require any additional fees for transportation. Out of town venues requiring ground or air transportation may effect overall fee. Rental These costs are calculated by engagement and would be determined by variables such as renting equipment (e.g. percussion equipment, sound system, etc.) If these items are available on location there would be no additional fees. Performance Requirements * 20 straight back chairs * 20 heavy-duty black music stands * a microphone which can be used for public address * adequate lighting to facilitate the reading of music * a minimum performance stage area of 25’ x 40’ * two stage hands to help with the moving of equipment and the operation of lights |
